BOARD OF TRUSTEES CHAIR
Jerry Nadal

Jerry started LUNA Entertainment in 2023, servicing live entertainment companies, working in several capacities. Current clients include ABBA Voyage, providing international development opportunities for this record-breaking virtual concert currently playing to sold out audiences in London; and overseeing production of Bob Marley Hope Road, a new immersive and live show experience premiering in Las Vegas in 2025 with TTP Entertainment. Additionally, he is consulting with Cirque du Soleil Founder, Guy Laliberte’s new company Lune Rouge. This followed a successful 15-month stint as COO for Enchant Christmas, bringing this immersive seasonal holiday experience to 9 cities across the United States.

Having concluded a 21-year career with Cirque du Soleil, Jerry stepped in as interim President and CEO of Nevada Public Radio in September of 2019 to help them through a fiscal crisis and lead them into their 40th anniversary year in 2020. Having been subsequently appointed by the board of directors as the permanent CEO, Mr. Nadal steered the organization through the Covid 19 crisis while working with the senior team to increase original programming addressing issues affecting the state of Nevada and the broader mountain west region of the country.

Prior to Nevada Public Radio, Jerry has been a show business professional specializing in live performance; having worn many hats working over 35 years in the entertainment industry. Joining Cirque du Soleil in 1998, Mr. Nadal held several positions including Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Resident Shows Division; Company Manager for the show KÀ during its creation period; Tour Manager for the Asia-Pacific touring production of Alegría while simultaneously holding the position of Managing Director of the Asia-Pacific regional division based in Singapore.

As Senior Vice resident of the Resident Shows Division Worldwide and under his leadership he oversaw all aspects of the nine live production shows in Las Vegas; as well as shows in New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Macau, The Kremlin in Moscow, and Hamburg Germany. Part of his overall operational responsibilities included managing a large sales and marketing team that oversaw annual revenues of $600+ million dollars.
A large part of Mr. Nadal’s responsibilities also included the management of Cirque du Soleil’s operating partners.

Before joining Cirque, Mr. Nadal gained considerable experience in show business and held a variety of positions with several companies managing operations for various Broadway shows.

Mr. Nadal holds Associate in Arts and Bachelor of Science Degrees from St. John’s University in New York; an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and an Honorary Doctorate in Performing Arts from The University of North Carolina School of the Arts. He sits on the board of directors for several not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Nadal and his husband Gene Lubas are the proud fathers of 18-year-old twin boys, Harrison and Wilson and make their home in Las Vegas.
